Trail: Canyon Glen to Mt Timp Park Loop

Nutmeg and I did this trail on 3/29/08. It was almost 6 miles but I didn't much like the return to Canyon Glen on the bike path. The asphalt is hard on the feet and I was worried about Nutmeg's leash getting caught up in one of the bikes that were surprising me from behind. This walk follows the Great Western Trail and Bonneville Shorline Trail for parts of it's route.

Around Town

This is the walk that I've been doing on many weekend days. Leaving from my house I walk down to Orem Center Street on Palisades, east along Center down to the Provo river, north along the river on the horse trail and then across the river at "Last" park east to the Provo canyon bike trail north and then up 800 N Orem by Will's Canyon Corner to Palisades and finally south on Palisades back to my house.
